Scope of Work

Selected service providers will be responsible for:

• Managing hot metal logistics between Blast Furnace #2 and SMS #3
• Handling rail-based transportation of molten metal
• Operating and maintaining rail logistics equipment
• Managing a skilled workforce of around 200+ personnel
• Ensuring smooth coordination between ironmaking and steelmaking units
• Maintaining safety, efficiency, and operational reliability

Key Requirements
