Qualification and Experience Required

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical

• 5 to 20 years experience in Machine Shop operations

Key Skills – Production (Machine Shop)

• Expertise in CNC machine setting & operation (HMC, VMC)
• Hands-on experience in Grinding, Turning operations
Strong knowledge of cutting tools & tooling practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T
• Monitoring and controlling production quantity and cycle time
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement

Key Skills – Quality Assurance (Machine Shop)

• Hands-on experience in QA activities, preferably in heavy machine shop
• Strong exposure to Metrology and GD&T
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems – TS16949 / ISO 9001
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Experience in customer interaction as a technical interface
• Expertise in SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving tools
