Jindal Group Hiring 2026: AM / DM – Reporting & Analytics (SCM) Job in Gurgaon
Jindal Group (Manufacturing Division) is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Reporting & Analytics (Supply Chain Management) at its Gurgaon location. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong procurement analytics, SCM data analysis, and Power BI expertise to work in a large manufacturing environment.

Role Description
The selected candidate will play a key role in procurement reporting, KPI governance, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making to support Supply Chain and sourcing functions. This role requires close collaboration with SCM stakeholders and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and standardize procurement KPIs such as spend, savings, OTIF, compliance, and supplier performance
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Own reporting governance, data validation, and UAT activities
• Build supplier scorecards and management dashboards
• Drive actionable insights, data storytelling, and user adoption
• Support SCM, sourcing, and supplier management teams with analytics
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong experience in SCM / Procurement data analysis
• Hands-on knowledge of P2P, supplier performance, spend analysis
• Advanced skills in Power BI and MS Excel
• Experience with SAP / S4 HANA (preferred)
