1️⃣ Program Management – NPD

Designation: Manager
Experience: 10–15 Years
Education: B.Tech – Mechanical/Automobile
Location: Dappar (District Mohali)

Key Responsibilities

• SPOC for segment products manufactured in plant
• Complete new product development
• ECN & cost reduction projects
• APQP meetings planning
• Gate review development process
• APQP & PPAP documentation

2️⃣ Process Design

Designation: Engineer / AM / DM
Experience: 5–8 Years
Education: Diploma in Tool & Die
Location: Oragadam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Process design & tool design
• 2D drawings & 3D CAD models
• Process improvements
• New product project handling
• Tool trials & troubleshooting
• Process innovation & capability improvement

3️⃣ Product Design

Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer / AM
Experience: 2–3 Years
Education: Diploma (Mech/Tool & Die) or B.Tech Mechanical
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

• RFQ & feasibility studies
• Tooling & raw material planning
• CAD packaging & surface modeling (CATIA/UG NX)
• Product design for manufacturing & assembly
• Wheel design & FEA iterations

Skills Required

✔ CAD/3D Modeling

✔ APQP/PPAP Knowledge
✔ Tooling & Manufacturing Experience
✔ Problem-solving & Troubleshooting
