Job Role Overview

Below is a detailed description of what candidates can expect in the offered roles:

1. Foundry Department (Melting, LPDC)

Candidates will handle melting operations, furnace management, LPDC process monitoring, and quality checks. Experience in casting, foundries, or die-casting will be an added advantage.

2. Mold Maintenance

Responsibilities include mold repair, inspection, alignment, preventive maintenance, and ensuring dies and molds are ready for production.

3. Heat Treatment

Candidates will monitor heat treatment cycles, furnace parameters, quenching, tempering, and quality testing. Knowledge of metallurgical processes is useful.

4. CNC Operations

Responsibilities include CNC machine setup, tool offset correction, program reading, productivity improvement, and component inspection.

5. Quality

Quality Engineers and inspectors will be responsible for dimensional checks, process audits, QMS documentation, in-process inspection, and customer complaint handling.

6. Machine Maintenance

Candidates will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in plant machinery, maintain preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure smooth production operations.
