Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will undergo orientation and on-the-job training to handle key functions:

For ADIS Safety Freshers:

· Assist in implementing safety protocols and procedures across the plant.
· Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
· Support in incident investigation and reporting.
· Help maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
· Participate in safety training programs and awareness drives.
· Monitor adherence to statutory safety, health, and environmental norms.

For Diploma Mechanical Freshers:

· Assist in maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
· Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
· Learn to read technical drawings and assist in equipment handling.

· Help in inventory management of mechanical spares.

For Diploma Electrical Freshers:
