Key Responsibilities

  • Handling PR (Purchase Requisition) and vendor paneling
  • Issuing RFQ (Request for Quotation) to vendor partners
  • Coordinating and following up with vendors for quotations
  • Preparing commercial tabulation and creating purchase orders
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on MIS delivery
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Efficient communication through MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM Module
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Good command over MS Office tools
  • Vendor management and procurement knowledge
