Are you passionate about training and developing talent? Do you have experience in assessing workers’ competency and delivering effective classroom training? If so, Tata Steel has an exciting opportunity for you as a Junior Instructor.
Key Responsibilities: Tata Steel Recruitment
- Assess workers’ competency to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Deliver engaging and informative classroom training sessions in accordance with MVTR,1966 guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of training provided to each individual and submit weekly progress reports to the training officer.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training programs and materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Matriculate with a Foreman’s certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver effective training sessions and engage learners.
- Knowledge of MVTR,1966 guidelines is preferred but not mandatory.
