Qualification & Experience:
- Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Production: BE/ BTech with 2-8 Years of experience
- Production Supervisor: Diploma with 3-6 Years of experience
- Machine Operator: Diploma with 3-6 Years of experience
Job Description:
- Plan and schedule activities to achieve production targets based on program requirements.
- Ensure products meet quality standards as per work documents.
- Optimize resource utilization and drive continuous improvements.
- Experience in Composites/Aerospace/Automotive industry preferred.
- Understand and execute monthly/daily plans as per IMS.
- Ensure adherence to work practices and safety requirements.
- Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines and controllers like Siemens, Eckellmann, etc.
- Knowledge of Machine OEE, Poka Yoke, RCCA, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
