Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), one of India’s leading private players in the Aerospace and Defence sector, is conducting a Walk-In Drive for multiple technical positions at Yelahanka, Bengaluru for its C295 FAL Unit, Vadodara.

Available Positions

1️⃣ Senior Technician – Mechanical

• Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical)
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Aerospace Industry
• Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and fabricate aircraft parts using drilling, riveting, sealing, and blueprint adherence.
  • Align and fit components with precision.
  • Identify defects, replace damaged parts, and inspect systems.
  • Operate maintenance shop equipment safely under engineer guidance.

2️⃣ Senior Technician – Electrical

• Qualification: Diploma (Electrical)
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Aerospace Industry
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform harness and electronic equipment installations, soldering, and assembling.
  • Identify and replace defective parts and inspect electronic systems.
  • Work under the supervision of aerospace engineers.

3️⃣ Quality Inspector – Mechanical

• Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical)
• Experience: 5 to 8 years in Aerospace Industry
• Responsibilities:
  • Inspect airframe structures and components.
  • Review technical drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
  • Prepare FAI/Inspection Reports and maintain quality documentation.
  • Develop and execute inspection plans for hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems.

4️⃣ Quality Inspector – Tooling and Calibration

• Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical / Related Field)
• Experience: 4 to 7 years in Aerospace Industry
• Responsibilities:
  • Implement calibration procedures for measurement instruments.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain calibration records.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet operational goals.
  • Participate in equipment validation and improvement projects.
