Available Positions & Eligibility

1. Assembly Operator

Qualification: ITI – Fitter / NCVT Apprentice
Experience: 3 to 8 years

Skills Required:

• Hands-on expertise in drilling, reaming, riveting, fastening, and related assembly operations
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience with hand tools and cutting tools
• Knowledge of aircraft fasteners, aerodynamics, and aircraft structures

2. CNC Machine / Grinder / Gear Hobbing Operator

Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical)
Experience: 2 to 6 years

Skills Required:

• Experience operating 3, 4, 5, 7-axis CNC, grinding, or gear hobbing machines
• Exposure to EMAG, Danobat, Mazak, WFL, Starrag, Doosan etc.
• Experience with Mill-Turns using Siemens & Mazatrol controls

3. Special Process Operator

Skills Required:

• Proficient in vacuum heat treatment, thermal spray coating, EBW, brazing
• Sandblasting, shot-peening, painting, and paint-stripping
• Familiarity with aerospace special processes preferred

4. CMM / Manual / NDT Inspector

Skills Required:

• Experience in CMM operations – Zeiss (Calypso) / Hexagon (PC-DMIS)
• Strong GD&T knowledge
• Hands-on experience with dimensional inspection
• MPI / FPI / Radiography inspector experience preferred
• NAS410 certification is an added advantage
