• Position: Sr. Engineer – Design Engineering (R&D Division)

• Experience: 3–5 years

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities Sharda Motor Recruitment 2025

• Work with design & manufacturing engineering teams to take designs from prototyping to serial production

• Support virtual product development using CAD tools

• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Implement best practices in design processes for accuracy and efficiency

• Assist in RFQs, Design Freeze/Release, DFMEA and other design activities

• Track and implement design changes on existing products

• Develop innovative solutions for composite component designs

• Modify designs to meet specifications and customer expectations

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• Exposure to exhaust system routing as per vehicle packaging

• Experience with sheet metal components

• Proficiency in CATIA V5

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
