Key Responsibilities Aarti Steels Recruitment

• Conduct regular chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in the DRI unit.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Perform spectrometric and wet chemical testing as per standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and ensure readiness for audits.
• Handle calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory instruments.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols within lab operations.

Qualification & Skills Required Aarti Steels Recruitment 2025

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in laboratory operations in a steel or DRI plant.
• Proficient in chemical testing methods, analytical instruments, and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with ISO / QA documentation and safety procedures.
