Key Responsibilities

As a part of our mechanical maintenance team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Hydraulics Expertise:
  • Maintenance and operation of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and heat exchangers.
  • Handling fittings, seals (both pneumatic and hydraulics), actuators, and accumulators.
  • Managing power packs, hydraulic motors, and filters.
• Crane Maintenance:
  • Overseeing crane operations and ensuring their proper maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to enhance performance.
• Cold Rolling Maintenance:
  • Maintenance of systems related to seamless pipe manufacturing.
  • Monitoring and optimizing cold rolling processes.
• General Maintenance:
  • Managing various pumps, compressors, cooling towers, and air dryers.
  • Ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of induction furnaces and related equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.).
• Experience:
  Minimum of 5 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in hydraulics, crane operations, or cold rolling processes.
• Skills and Attributes:
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance protocols.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
