Product Development Manager Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Aluminium extrusion or Metal Industry.
• Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures, and pricing strategies within the Extrusion industry.

Product Development Manager Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant business function.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and identify growth opportunities.

Product Development Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify new product opportunities.
2. Take complete responsibility for launching new products and services, managing the entire Aluminium extrusion process lifecycle.
3. Manage and maintain the company’s product and services portfolio, focusing on growth and competitive advantage.
4. Stay updated on product knowledge, material specifications, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
5. Set clear product goals, prioritize features, and enhancements based on feedback and market demands.
6. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product innovation.
7. Conduct regular competitor assessments to ensure the company’s offerings are market-leading.
8. Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and ensure product competitiveness.
