We are hiring for the position of Junior Engineer / Engineer in the Quality Department. If you have a passion for quality assurance and technical excellence, join our team in Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Maharashtra.
Position Details
- Role: Junior Engineer / Engineer (Quality Department)
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Locations: Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Maharashtra
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Proficient in using measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and machined parts as per set standards.
- Analyze daily rejection and rework data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct supplier audits based on the Supplier Selection Check Sheet to identify new suppliers.
- Monitor supplier quality ratings and take necessary actions against low-performing suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with quality tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with supplier quality management processes.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
