1. Assistant Manager (RM & Proportion)

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical
• Experience: 8–10 years in Sinter Plant operations
• Key Responsibility: Raw material proportioning and ensuring sinter quality

2. Shift In-Charge – Sinter Plant

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical
• Experience: 7–8 years in Sinter Plant operations
• Key Requirement: Must have served as Shift In-Charge in previous employment
• Responsibility: Managing shift-wise operations efficiently

3. Control Room Operator – Sinter Plant

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical
• Experience: 5–7 years in Sinter operations
• Key Requirement: Must have served as Control Room In-Charge in a previous plant

4. Field Operator – Sinter Plant

• Qualification: ITI / Graduate
• Experience: 5–7 years in Sinter operations
• Key Requirement: Must have served as Field In-Charge in a previous plant

5. Executive – Mechanical / Electrical Projects

• Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
• Experience: 2–4 years in design, drawing, project execution, BOQ understanding, commercial handling, and negotiation
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English are essential
