Open Positions & Eligibility

1. Manager – Process (SMS)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee steel melting process operations for quality and productivity
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Ensure adherence to SMS safety standards and protocols

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy / Mechanical
• 10+ years of experience in Steel Melting Shop
• Strong knowledge of process control, CCM operations & furnace management

2. Manager – Electrical (SMS)

Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical maintenance and troubleshoot EAF/LRF/CCM machinery
• Plan & execute preventive maintenance
• Improve system reliability and reduce electrical breakdowns

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in electrical operations in steel plants

3. Sr. Electrician / Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Electrical maintenance of SMS equipment
• Perform repairs, troubleshooting & shift support activities

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical
• 3–10 years of relevant experience

4. Sr. Fitter / Fitter

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical maintenance of SMS machinery & auxiliary systems
• Support in preventive maintenance & breakdown handling

Requirements:

• ITI Fitter / Diploma Mechanical
• 3–10 years of SMS / heavy industry experience

5. Shift Engineer (SMS)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift operations of EAF / LRF / CCM
• Ensure safety compliance, production targets & process control
• Coordinate with electrical & mechanical teams

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical
• 3–7 years of experience in Steel Melting Shop
