Tata Steel Recruitment 2025– Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Limited (TSUISL) is inviting applications for the post of Junior Engineer (JS02 Grade) in its Power Services Division. Tata Steel Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
3 Years Full-Time Diploma / 2 Years Full-Time Lateral Diploma in Electrical Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operation & Maintenance of LT & HT Lines as of 1st July 2025 (post-Diploma).
Mandatory Certification:
Valid Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate (Govt. of Jharkhand) for 11 KV and above voltage.
Minimum Marks:
50% aggregate in Electrical Diploma.
Age Limit:
General Male: Born between 1st July 1987 and 1st July 2007
Female / ST / SC: Born between 1st July 1985 and 1st July 2007
Vision Requirement:
6/6 vision (with glasses allowed), color vision: Normal
Tata Steel Job Role & Responsibilities
Operation and maintenance of power systems (LT/HT lines, switchgear, transformers, metering, and more)
Lead and supervise functional teams
Attend to electrical breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Ensure safety compliance and timely execution of tasks
Documentation and reporting (SOPs, HIRA, etc.)
Participate in improvement initiatives (TPM, SGA, training)
Salary & Emoluments
Selected candidates will be placed in Junior Engineer Grade (JS02)
Initial probation period: 6 months
Posting may be in Seraikela Town / Gamharia or as per company requirements
Residential stay at respective work locations is mandatory
Selection Process
Online Exam (Subjects: Electrical Engineering, Std 10 Mathematics, General Knowledge, English & Safety)
