The UPPSC PCS Prelims Exam 2024 saw a lower than expected turnout with only 42% of registered candidates appearing. Stringent security measures, including biometric verification and CCTV surveillance, were in place to prevent malpractice. The exam, initially scheduled for March, was finally conducted in December.
