Position: Head – Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Location: Across Welspun units
💼 Industry Background: Iron & Steel
Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
🕒 Experience Required: 25+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the QA/QC departments across all production units.
✅ Develop and implement robust quality systems in line with global standards such as ISO and EN9100.
✅ Ensure full compliance with customer specifications, regulatory norms, and internal quality benchmarks.
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and boost product reliability.
✅ Mentor and grow quality teams to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
