Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform Grinding, Cutting, Straightening, Polishing, Shot Peening, and Annealing of stainless steel surfaces.
• Possess basic knowledge of SAP for production management.
• Handle manpower and production in every shift.
• Basic understanding of Steel Grades and process parameters.
• Prepare production reports and assist in process audits.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory related to finishing operations.
