Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiations with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting key requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery of quality products and services.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective results.
• Analyze market trends and best practices to remain competitive.
• Coordinate RFQs and support new product development initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and take proactive actions.
• Prepare and track departmental performance through MIS reports.
Educational Qualification and Required Experience:
B.Tech / B.E with relevant specialization
8 to 12 years of relevant experience
Industry Preference
Auto Component Industry
Essential Skills
Experience in managing OEM customers.
Preference for exposure to Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M).
