Recruitment 2024- Maruti Ispat & Pipes Private Limited recruitment 2024 is Recruitment for the highly experienced Engineer / Sr Engineer for the SMS department at our plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in operations and maintenance of Continuous Casting Machine (6X11).
Hands-on experience with machine accessories like:
Withdrawal Unit
Hot Billet Sharing Machine
PCRT (Pre-Cost Roller Table)
DRT (Discharge Roller Table)
Hydraulic Pusher, ARM Bearing & Oscillation
Steam Exhaust Blower
Laddle Power Pack
Rigid Dummy Bar
Proficient in working with Hydraulic Systems, Pump House, and Scale Pit Tank.
Experience in predictive and preventive maintenance of Hydraulic Unit, Power Pack, Cylinder, and Pipe Line.
Skilled in the maintenance of cooling towers and pump houses.
Ability to manage spare parts and inventory.
Familiar with ISO documentation, ERP systems, and proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and drawings effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 4 to 8 years in SMS (CCM – Mechanical)
