JSW Recruitment 2024– JSW Steel is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic leader to manage the operations of their Oxygen Plant. The Head of Oxygen Plant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards, and maintaining superior quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the overall operations of the oxygen plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain production efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidates must hold an Engineering Degree.
• Experience: Preference is given to candidates from the steel industry or large manufacturing conglomerates.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Age Limit: Maximum of 45 years.
