- Degree: B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years in the TMT steel industry
- Expertise in TMT steel technology
- Experience in quality assurance and customer complaint handling
- Strong background in BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and QMS audits
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication

- Knowledge of the steel quality standards
- Experience in working with architects and structural engineers
- Ability to train contractors, dealers, and sales teams
- Experience in architect/engineer meets
