Detailed Job Responsibilities

1. Product Certification (Quality Control)

Candidates must have experience in:

• BIS Product Certification (India)
• Export Certifications like KITES (UK), BV (Italy)
• International certifications such as SASO (Saudi Arabia), PSB (Singapore), Malaysia standards
• Type Tests (Leak Tightness, C Value Test, Chemical Tests)
• System Certifications (IMS, QMS, EMS, OSHM)
• Internal & Surveillance Audits
• Handling customer inspections (Domestic & Export)
• Process validation during customer visits
• Equipment calibration and documentation
• Preparing PPT presentations for clients
• Third-party plant capability assessments

2. Customer Service Responsibilities

• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Collecting feedback on quality and logistics
• Supporting customers during pipe laying at sites
• Visiting customer sites along with dispatch trucks
• Arranging repair kits (cement, sand, bitumen, lubricants, gaskets)
• Providing gasket fitment training
• Coordinating manpower like masons and maintenance staff
